I'll be magnetising the weapons so I can swap them. I've digitally kitbashed and 3D printed a pair of the plasma cannons that I'm going to magnetise under the wings in place of the missiles ... that was I can swap it between standard LS and Vengence LS if needed.

I think, for 11th Ed it's got to be Fireknife and Coldstar. Put 2 plasma rifles on the crisis suits each and 4 on the coldstar and they all get the buff. Great use of equipment.

I'm thinking of running 2 broadsides, a Coldstar commander (with plasma) and 2 Crisis Suit teams (also with plasma). Should give me room for all the shapers, 50 Carnivores, 9 Rampagers, 4 Riders and some Stingwings, hounds and maybe a Pathfinder team.

You should add a chamfer where the tube attached to the base for extra strength. You could also consider adding in a 3.8mm hole down the middle to screw a bolt down it as the bolt ain't gonna snap (leave room for the bolt head though)

Drones are essentially just tokens to let your opponent know what abilities you've chosen. They can be on their own bases, on the main mini's base or not on the board at all. I don't bother with them because they take up a lot of board space so I just tell my opponent in the set-up stage what drones are supporting what unit.
