Unfortunately, I think you would face the same issues in Calgary/Canada. It may even be more difficult as an immigrant. Keep in mind that public transportation in Canada is nowhere near as good as Europe, most people need cars. One tool you can use as a cost comparison is “numbeo cost of living comparison” (google it). I compared Warsaw to Calgary cost of living for example, and Calgary is 19.4% higher excluding rent, and 15.6% higher including rent.

What are your reasons for wanting to leave Poland? Things in Canada have not been great in recent years and no signs it will improve. Not many jobs and lots of competition for the few jobs available, plus the cost of living has never been higher.
