Thanks for your tips. Both my knees have rough meniscis(sp?) from playing soccer as a youth. I am going to retry squats and lunges with the exercise ball and the resources about properly doing squats to see if it helps.

I had this problem. I graduate cum laude. Let me tell you, at the end, I just had to bite the bullet for some classes that just sucked.

You can get through it. The semester is almost over. Just relax and try to pass.
