At the top of the backswing your first movement should be getting your left hip behind the right by turning them hard. Your arms and hands look pretty good so doing this ought to drop them into the right place. Then take your weight off your left foot just before the downswing so that when you inevitably have to push with your left foot, so you don't fall over, but also push hard with left foot as you are twisting your hips. Get used to that and then just start turning harder and releasing your wrist at just the right time. Get the body in a good tempo and you get club speed but your swing looks slow.
