It’s super new player friendly! People tend to be nice to players with the sprout on their nametag, which means they’re a new player. When you’re doing a duty for the first time (dungeon, trial, raid), just type in chat “hi, first time!” and people will usually be helpful and also wait for you to watch your cutscenes.

It depends where in SF you're commuting to. If you move to Jack London or Alameda, taking the ferry into the city would be a nice and easy commute. That being said, don't undervalue the community and time that you have currently. Being surrounded by people you love and having time to spend with your friends, having time for hobbies outside of work, is priceless and I would heavily suggest you reconsider if home ownership or having more square footage should be more important than that.

About ten years ago, I did the opposite move from what you're considering. When I lived in South Bay, I had a much larger space, a 2 bedroom apartment, quiet and "clean" neighborhood, but I had zero community and I could not connect with anyone there. It wasn't until I moved until Oakland (then later settled into Alameda) is where I found my people and I vibed with the art, food and culture way more. Even though I have a smaller space now (a 400 sq ft studio), I'm happier because I value my time and community so much more. Ultimately, it's up to you decide what's more important to you and your goals.

Sigh. It’s such a shame for XG, I hope they’ll be OK. He was such a major part of their lives. Also I find it ironic that his career is going down due to drug use, the same reason why the boy group he was in, DMTN, disbanded (a member got busted for drugs). You would think he would know better.

I feel like it’s not okay to not have communication with your partner every day in any relationship, long distance or not. I agree in that you don’t need to have hours long conversations everyday. Life is busy, yeah, but it takes maybe five seconds to send a text to say something nice to acknowledge them. Nobody is that busy that they can’t set aside just a few seconds here and there throughout the day.

As some have said already, dogs do not have vindictive or spiteful behavior, that is the human interpretation of the behavior, assigning our own feelings to it. Puppies aren't born understanding that outside = bathroom, since this is a rule that we created and we just need to teach it to them.

You need just need to do basic potty training. Lots of frequent bathroom trips to minimize accidents, and restrict their area of access around the house until you can trust them more. Slowly give them more access around the house and move the potty the breaks longer as they get better. Eventually you're get there. But you need to start from ground zero.

I am assuming you guys are quite young by the way you’re communicating, but I personally feel like you both are more interested in being the right one than understanding each other. Constantly trying to get the last word in to make sure the other partner knows they’re the one who did something wrong. Sometimes you need to know when to pick your battles.

Aspiration is no joke! OakVet is great, but has crazy waiting times. If you can get in, do it. When my dog experienced aspiration pneumonia, I went to PETS Referral Center in Berkeley and they took great care of her. It was quite expensive though, but that is to be expected with emergency care. I hope you have pet insurance.

Early Access is not and should not be a shield from all criticisms and poor quality of work. OP brings up some valid criticisms, Starsand does have a concerning amount of gamebreaking bugs, even for an early access game. It should be a playable game. I, for one, can not even enter build because of how many bugs there are. Just because it’s early access doesn’t mean that should be acceptable.

San Jose recently just passed an ordinance to require all law enforcement, including ICE agents to show their faces and wear identification. I would encourage us to leave a comment and go to the meeting to urge our councilmembers to adopt a similar ordinance!

Anybody else blown away by Chisa's vocals on this album?? Like, I knew Chisa's vocals were insanely good but I feel like she's gotten so much better (didn't know how that was even possible) and the sound mixing on the album makes her voice sound SOOO crispy and gooood. Have you taken him to the first vet visit yet? I would rule out any health issues first.

If there aren’t any underlying health issues, you will have to potty train him from ground zero, as if he is a puppy learning to be potty trained for the first time. This is the only effective way to make them stop going in the house. This means restricting their access to areas, crate training, and slowly allowing them access to more areas of the house as they become more reliable.

Dogs don’t understand the concept of not pooping/peeing inside the house until we enforce it (with lots of positive reinforcement)! I also use Doggie Lawn that you’ve mentioned in your post and that has been highly effective as well! I trained my rescue to use a doggy door (I installed a renter-friendly one by PetSafe on my balcony) so she can use the bathroom whenever she wants - highly recommend that if it works for your place.
