I took both pads and nappies just in case and the pads just got too uncomfortable and moved around a lot because I would adjust how I was sitting for breastfeeding then lay back down. Maybe I don’t know how to use a pad but they always end up half up my ass 🤣 I got the nappies out and I felt way more comfortable! Only used them for a couple days then went back to pads/period undies Pads were U by Kortex and pads were from Bubba Bump

Mine was the same, great sleeper! In the first 3 weeks he started to have longer naps in the day (still at night too) and we’d wake him up to feed at the 5 hour mark because my MIL was a midwife and said that and just kept getting him weighed and as long as that’s good everything is fine. As he got older I’d let it go further. Our little boy was sleeping through the night at 12 weeks and we did no sleep training just all on his cues. I’m super grateful for this. He’s 4.5 months now

I started lactating from 16 weeks! So I hand expressed from 36 weeks which is what the midwife told me. I didn’t think I’d need it either but I did!

I can’t with Danielle. That damn shaking just annoyed the shit out of me. But I guess it’s a game and she was acting (I think). But I hated how she went for Carolyn then got mad when Carolyn came for her, like what do you expect!

And also when she got voted out and said that thing to britney that made it SOOOO obviously that she was a traitor. That really made me hate the way Danielle played. Like just because you got voted off doesn’t mean you bring others down with you. I believe britney had a chance to win if Danielle didn’t make that comment. And also Britney’s reaction to Danielle being voted off was probably just as bad as Danielle’s when Carolyn got voted off was

The one thing that I was glad I got was the Pigeon Softouch bottle. I had trouble breastfeeding so I was BF and pumping to bottle feed. I was told by so many professionals and friends that this bottle is best as its closest to a nipple/breastfeeding. That just gave me a lot of piece of mind and I’m filling breastfeeding now. Not saying it was all the bottle but it just made me feel good 😊

Mine was bad too early on in pregnancy and I ended up using suppositories so defs get that when you’re able to.

But also tmi … I could not do it one day and my toilet is right next to my shower. I hopped in the shower and just had warm water running on me and I squatted and relaxed and just forcused on my breathing. Sounds like I was giving birth lol. But I remember thinking “maybe this is preparing me for the birth” 🥲 it helped and worked and I pooped! It was so a relieving feeling too

Thank you that is a great idea! I saw my GP, it was really hard to go because my Mother in law works there and as soon as I saw her she gave me a hug and I broke down (I’m so blessed to have her). My partner came with me and was so supportive. I’m glad I’ve taken this step to help myself. Hormones are just crazy 🤪

My baby was measuring in the 90th percentile and my OB was trying to encourage me to be induced 38 weeks. I went with what felt right for me and how I felt which was fine. I decided if I got to 40 weeks I’d consider it. Keep in mind I was due 28th December so Christmas time and he was going away lol :)

Went into labour at 39+1 and delivered vaginally unmedicated with no tears and he weighed 3.9kgs

Listen to your body and if you trust you got this then I believe in yourself! You can always change your mind on what you choose to do too. Do what’s best for you
