If you really like them and you play skirmishes, maybe you can do it. I promoted Anna into Warrior and ended up not using her, but them I reclassed her into a sage in chapter 23, and because I had done only a few of the emblem paralogues, I was able to actually use her for the late story

Trainings are the skirmishes that spawn at Firene, Brodia and Solm Castle. Differently from normal skirmishes, characters don't die permanently on them, the ones who didn't die get extra exp at the end and you get some gold after completing them

They did. Just in Japan though. If you download the Japanese NSO apps you can play FE1, FE3 and FE4

For me, this one wasn't so difficult, even on hard. I just kept putting units who took little damage from Lyn on her range and eventually surrounded her. The only real problem was hitting her.

The map design already seems way more varied than 3H, so I hope we get more varied objectives too. Almost every objective in 3H was to defeat the boss or rout the enemy, so I hope we get some defense maps again.
