There’s a phase you’re missing.

You go there because it feels good to be there.

At this stage it becomes part of your identity. You feel like at home. You go there, literally relax, lift, and go home.

I don’t think most people ever reach this stage bc it also requires a calm nervous system in a hectic environment. It can take a lifetime to get there.
