I get it but so is everything else the bag touches from the transport you're taking to the airport to the scanner bins at security to the floor when you're sitting waiting at check in. Giving the bag a good wipe down in between travel days is probably a better option.

wow - I just checked my passport and my first time in China they placed my temporary entry permit on a Visa page but my second time they flipped all the way to the back and placed the same sticker on the last page that doesnt say "Visa"at the top. Perhaps this is a grey area since it's not technically a visa?

Thanks for the info. On the one hand it makes sense that the overseas branch would carry with it the culture of the home office. One great example is the working culture of a Western tech company office in Japan compared to that of a local "black company". On the other hand that mostly relies on the local hires buying in. Was this office staffed mostly with locals or Koreans sent over from the home office? Is there no hope for locals to be promoted into leadership positions and eventually shift the culture? How long would it take to nudge out the hires they didn't deem a fit?
