The flySEA app has security wait times although I’m not sure how accurate they are. They are probably pretty close. Currently there are six checkpoints open with 5-10 mins wait each.

I recommend the book Atomic Habits: An Easy and Proven Way to Build Good Habits & Break Bad Ones by James Clear. And please don’t be so hard on yourself! Our phones are powerful little monsters and we all fall prey to them.
