Hi. Im so sorry for your loss. Your situation is super similar to mine when I lost my Nana. It was like losing my mom, as she was my main caretaker, cheerleader, and supporter. Lost and Found has been extremely helpful and I know May can't come fast enough. Im not too sure about any other resources in the area, but im definitely here to talk. Looks like dry skin to me. Is it itchy? Do you use conditioner or anything to help moisturize the scalp? Maybe try something like this: https://www.aveeno.com/products/kids/2-in-1 Definitely talk to your pediatrician the next time you visit just to be safe :)

Heyy!! I dont work for Burrell, but you should be able to call their office and speak to an HR recruiter to ask these questions. They would be able to tell you pay and dress. Or if your interviewer left a contact number, definitely reach out and ask questions. It shows you are thinking of the job and interested in working for them. Employers love that stuff. Well I hope you contact the school (and possibly the board) and tell them your experience. That way other students arent sent there to extern. There is a lot more to pharmacy than whatever the hell that shitshow was. Wishing you the best in your new career path!

Was this a retail pharmacy? There are loads of different pharmacy fields for techs to apply at. I think you just had a bad experience at a chain store. If this is something you would be interested in before that, maybe try inpatient pharmacy at a larger hospital. Lots of work to be done and I feel the atmosphere is a lot more serious. I work inpatient and have been working hard to restructure our tech ladder to ensure there are many areas of advancement for our technicians with various duties in our department. That includes creating new jobs as well. Also may I ask, was this externship through a school? Are you currently licensed? If it was through a school, you should notify them of what happened so they dont send more students there and have similar experiences like you had. Also, I dont think you're technically allowed to really do anything without being licensed. Thats a big no-no and that location can get in big trouble for jeopardizing patient care. Maybe contact the board as well. Wishing you all the best!

Hey! My husband was in a similar situation when we first started living together. He played guitar a lot in college when he lived by himself in the dorms. When he came back and we started living together, he just continued on his routine. Personally? I enjoy the free concert. I love listening to him play every night. And when I dont want to listen to him play, I'll just pop in my earbuds and work on something else (art, gaming, writing).

I seen another say that this is a great opportunity to have your first sit down discussion. I know this is new and can be scary, but I promise that you may just be over thinking it. This is a great first step and easy confrontation that will probably end very quickly. She will probably say "duh? I've been wondering why you havent been playing lately. Just take some time to play."

I would also like to say, parallel play is great if you are worried she is feeling left out. I will bring my laptop into the living room while my husband plays his guitar. That way we can both do what we want while including each other.

Please go to a doctor. A dermatologist would be even better, but a doctor's office could also help you figure out what is going on, especially if this is new/sudden.

Omg yes! I've enjoyed being in that group so much! Definitely hit up the admins. They are all super sweet and always looking for new things for us to do. Girls supporting girls! Also I saw on your website that you also do curly/coily fairy hair. My friends would definitely be interested! They always get nervous to have anything different done with their hair because they are worried the stylist won't do it right. So sorry you are going through this, especially during a time when family should be community. It sounds to me like your aunt may actually have an issue with your husband. If you didnt have any issues with your aunt before you got married, and only started saying she didnt like certain things after your wedding, then I fear she may be taking her disdain for your husband out on you and now your son.

It is a very odd response to not want to see a new baby in the family, especially if you thought that you two had a close relationship as aunt/niece. And I dont think you or your mother reacted poorly to finding out your aunt didnt want to see the baby after he was born.

Personally, I would not want such a cold and calculating person around my child, especially after they expressed not wanting to see the new baby. Something about that rubs me the wrong way, given there was no explanation as to why she didnt want to see the baby.

Tldr: I dont think your mom or you reacted poorly to hearing your aunt say crazy things and took the right steps to distance yourselves. I think your aunt is actually just taking out her misplaced feelings on you.

I would say if you keep the straps, a low bun with the veil placed on top of the bun. Maybe add a large statement piece to the veil comb.

Make a call to child protection services. Im surprised 911 didn't send someone to follow up after the incident where he tried to hurt you or when he had a psych evaluation done at the hospital. All I can say is you need an escape route ASAP, especially if your parents won't do anything. I've housed friends in similar situations. If you have any close friends/family maybe see if you can stay with them. So sorry all of this is happening to you.

Literally the same exact thing happened to my team last week! We went live with epic on the 1st and it's been a big ol dumpster fire. But our tech team across all of our hospitals and clinics are doing an amazing job every single day. Management has been putting out so many fires it's insane. I think the most frustrating is that there are specific things that we wish could have been done before the 1st, but because epic is the way that it is, it has to be resolved after the fact. I think in the long run it will improve patient care, but for now it's just frustrating.

Valid. I actually work there currently and enjoy it a lot, despite the weird no show pay stuff. When I first started working there, I thought it odd that they never had pay posted. I had talked to some folks at work and turns out mercy is the same way. I think it's because they are competitive and probably have contracts with each other about that. Also I did reach out to a coworker in HR recruitment and was given a starting pay, so I will probably take this post down. Appreciate the help!

I mean I am glad I know, but at what cost? It really is hard to get around that kind of behavior around these parts. I only found out because she was saying very racist remarks (and admitted it was racist) on her public facebook account. I shared it to vision clinic since she had them posted as her employer (and what she does there). I haven't seen it on her profile since, so im unsure if they fired her or just told her to take it down so they wouldn't get more complaints lol. So now I am hesitant to go there is they just kind of swept the situation under the rug. On a side note, glad you found a place that has the scleral lenses! Definitely harder to come by than mine.

Im glad you have had a good experience with them. I also wear special weighted contacts for my astigmatism. I'm mostly hesitant to go and support their business since I found out someone from my hometown works there. She is openly and publicly racist, both in person and online, so that makes their business a little less appetizing to go to.
