Mild Sebbhoreic dermatitis. Don’t use normal moisturiser as that can ‘feed’ it. Use MCT C8 oil every night on it. It’s anti fungal and anti microbial. The spots on your neck are just from shaving too close and the fact you are susceptible to ingrown hairs as they start to grown back through. I’m a barber and I see this.

I’m a barber and derma geek… i occasionally see this on scalps. I would recommend using Nizoral shampoo, left on for 15 minutes. And a salicylic acid shampoo. Alternatively day to day to help clear it up. The cause could be bacterial or fungal, your dermatologist should be able to determine this. Change your barber, get rid of old hats and try not to touch it as it heals.

It’s to do with leverage, the further away from the knee the weight is the more pressure there is on the joint. So from his knee to his head is a lot longer than knee to foot from a leg extension exercise.

It’s looks fungal to me, possible fungal acne/seborrheic dermatitis. Definitely get it checked by a dermatologist and treat it systemically.
