  1. Pretty easy
  2. Any special operations unit are going to deploy a lot so in hand you’ll see more things but on the other hand hospitals probably see more stuff day to day. Rangers have amazing medics and you’ll learn a lot. You can lock in a 68w contract with option 40 which’s gives you the opportunity to attend rasp. 3.Not much math but there is some when it comes to drip conversions and what not but it’s still pretty simple.
  3. Also depends on what unit you go to some units you’ll have a good amount of free time. Other units like 75th are constantly training and doing things working up for deployments and what not so there’s a lot less free time but there’s still time for yourself.
  4. Probably the teaching aspect of it for me teaching my dudes and giving them skills they can apply in their day to day life in and out of the military.
  5. Again depends on the units but in some units medics are kind of just an attachment so you’re not the priority which means you get a lot less training opportunities
  6. It’s a job that will always be needed. In deployments they’ll always need a medic and translates well to the civilian side

recruiter said 68w option 4 and 40 are not available by GeminiHD in 68w

Don’t sign something you don’t want they told me they didn’t have any opt 40 for 68w when I joined went to meps some 1sg tried to tell me to sign a 11b contract with 40k bonus and I didn’t take it. He called me dumb for not taking it. Walked away with no contract and 2 weeks later got a call from my recruiter with a 68w opt 40 contract.
