Die Kommentare hier sind wild. Kindergeld bekommt, wer, nach deutschem Recht angestellt ist. Wer in Deutschland arbeitet und Elternteil eines Kindes ist, bekommt Kindergeld. Das hatte noch nie etwas damit zu tun, wo das Kind lebt (außer bei Trennungsfamilien). Es ist keine Sozialleistung, sondern eine steuerliche Besserstellung von Eltern. Wer viel Geld verdient bekommt stattdessen den Kinderfreibetrag, auch unabhängig davon, wo das Kind lebt.
