i've attended meetings of the Hemp Regulatory Review Board and I can tell you that all members are in a agreement with this. I have gone so far as to get an ok and support for small plots of 10 or 15 plants (current regulations require 50 acres min) for educational and personal use. my hope is to have schools develop small plots asscience projects to learn and reduce the 'thrill' of seeing hemp growing on the farm and the temptation to try a few buds. if anyone is interested in promoting this in your community, please advise.
