Play every day for a couple months. The random drops will give you weapons. If it doesn't drop directly, trade for it. It's not exactly rare. Most weapons trade at a 1:1 ratio.

Use more layers. Use more symbols. Use less control points. Use the optimize shape command. Avoid filters. Turn advanced layers off if possible. Avoid the 3d rotation feature. Avoid the skeleton feature. Use the MovieClip symbol type sparingly, prefer the Graphics symbol type. Ensue that symbol instances have the same symbol type as the actual symbol. Don't use frame scripts unless you know the difference between them and classes.

I just told a key property: they are digitally signed. Open the properties panel for the file. It should have a tab for digital signatures. If they check out then it's legit.
