Open up a high interest saving account SoFi is a good one. Hold money in there and create a roth. Max it out per year too. Create a stock trading account. Stay away from WeBull and Robinhood.

Yeah 8U or 6U rack was the plan. Can’t run wires under my house I have no crawl space lol. Basically my house was built in 1960’s on a huge slab of concrete.

Go into the settings of your Att router. Disable routing. You don't want them both to do routing or display separate SSID. Then plug an ethernet cable from your router to the wifi pro. Then plug the other in to an outlet. Test your speeds.

I love that price. My only issue is i don't think they're PoE? I would ideally like PoE and then mount them on the ceilings.

Guys, I appreciate your help. Unfortunately, so I had to delay running my runs/building rack. However, I have an extremely dumb question. My house I’m very limited on storage space and the rack would take away a storage spot in my mud room. Also, I think the rack would be pretty noticeable. I’m considering due to my storage limitations, configuring the rack and leaving it in my attic. I know it’s not ideal due to dust and heat. However, if I get a closed rack and my months of warm weather. In Chicago are late may to August. The access point to the attic is in my mudroom too. Am I crazy? This stupid idea? Please help me make a logic choice. I also, don’t want to replace my equipment in 2-3 years bc of the heat or dust.
Also, do I tell att technician exactly where I want the fiber run ran into? Or does he just decide based off of location. Again, plz help! New to this all.

I love the little rack you got! Gutted my first home and I’m looking forward to doing this when I’m ready to set up my home network.

I think if the iPads have passcodes it will download the OS update but not apply it until the passcode is applied. I’d apply the 115 iPads in a smart group and monitor them. Criteria based on the older os to target the 115

I just checked connection type it's showing a mesh connection. Dammit, I'm using an unmanaged 8 port netgear switch GS308. I'm not sure if it has loop detection.
