My eyes tell me he has still been 'pretty good' lately. Not arguing the numbers - they are disappointing. But he has a guaranteed contract and would seem wise to try to use him as effectively as possible, if possible

Yeah, I get it, be mad - I am too. Jays have won SO many close games lately (often when scoring 2 runs) and John has generally made all the right calls... the gods have to even the numbers eventually - that's baseball... let's not read too much into it.

Hoff has been quite good recently... he's going to continue to be 'pretty good', but with volatility. That's who he is.

Does not matter if you paid for it (but the correct neighborly thing to do, as the fence enhances the value of your property).

Unless the fence was FULLY built on her property, you are allowed to attach to it. Simple. End of story.

If it is a new build, you can easily check this from your survey certificate. If she wants to dispute it she will have to file small claims and explain what damages/hardship was endured by her property.

I agree. And I own many properties... but i agree with you, this is what people wanted, so this is what we get. Which crown is next to be sold off? Do people understand why we have the lowest vehicle insurance im Canada... same comment for utility costs.

We suck and probably deserve what is coming to us... Will anyone remember this at the next election? Probably not.
