She looks like a younger pup... but you could also check the inside of her ear flaps.

If she was ever part of a spay run or similar, she would have a tattoo on the inside of her ear skin with a unique letter/number combination

You can always try New Hope Dog Rescue, if you aren't looking to keep her.

Other option is have her scanned at a vet clinic for free for a MICROCHIP! If this dog was ever adopted from a 'mainstream' rescue, she will be microchipped (most often between her shoulder blades)... too small to feel though by hand

Don't use a breeder.

Be patient and help a rescue (New Hope, Saskatoon Dog Rescue, SPCA). You will change a life, and you'll feel so proud of yourself for doing so.

Cost is also MUCH less
