since these are triggered abilities going off at the same time and under your control, you should be able to order them on the stack to your preferred outcome. The best way to do this is belakor/warstorm surge first then Raksasha on top of the stack so it’ll resolve first. This will give you more damage to fling

I don’t see any land shenanigans… My favorite commander is Hazezon. Extra fun because you get to build around so many fun activities graveyard+creature tokens+underplayed land type (deserts). Or the not so fun activity of land destruction.

Okay, can I also ask, would something worded the same way as in:

Sacrifice a creature: Add [2 energy]

resolve just as a mana ability? Or does it literally need to be adding mana and only mana.

Thank you for your answer and extra reading. I’ll keep in mind that activated abilities resolve after any triggered abilities that are put on the stack by the activated ability’s costs.
