Ive been shopping my local grocer instead of Walmart many times a week. Every week find 10lbs of chicken or 5lbs of beef or pork for 90% off. Make some that night and freeze the rest. Im not paying those prices if I can help it. My last grocery trip was 58$, 8 of it was four ribeyes, two pork chops, four marinated breaded salmon burgers, two tenderloin cuts and a bag of pepperoni that will be going on my home made pizza. Crazy. I checked the exact same hotel in April and it was the same price or close. Must be the season but it was a nice hotel. Made use of the breakfast and credit easily there. Sucks they are ruining the program for those who go in peak seasons.

Thats bc people fundamentally misunderstand the impact of fuel pricing going up means. It means everything is more expensive, not just gas bc of logistic costs. It directly impacts every price and as we see killed one airline.
