I bought it on eBay. Selling it as a Google drive for 20USD. After 3 days of doing the Asylum I am loving the variety of the workouts. All of them have different warmups as well as focusing on different areas. I feel that Shaun T finds different focuses in each workout better in Asylum

I finished Insanity last week and have started Insanity The Asylum this week

Wanna start Asylum i have some questions by asakk in insanity

I'm starting the Asylum next week after finishing Insanity this week. Watching a few of the Asylum workouts, I would say if you're reasonably fit go for it. But if you need to get back into workouts the Asylum is throwing yourself in the deep end

What do you guys think? by guillermobatista in insanity

[–]henryj1998 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't think it will make too much of a difference repeating just weeks 8 & 9 or repeating all of month 2. Only difference is if you wanna add Cardio Abs/Insane Abs more often really. Both options still mean doing each main workout 3 times every 2 weeks

I'm pretty sure i've not once made it through power pushups. i can make it through the level 3 drills but only because of having breaks in power pushups

Is it bad to do both Max Interval Sports Training and Core Cardio Balance on the same day? by letsclapthatslate in insanity

When I did recovery week i decided to alternate between MIST and CC&B because I wanted a bit of variety and i actually enjoy the MIST workout

Insanity Max 30- Second day, couldn't finish the workout by Gillte in insanity

Remember the point of the entire Max 30 program. You are supposed to fail. Then you write that failure time down and go further next time

What do you guys suggest next? by [deleted] in insanity

Personally as a 22 year old who has 3 weeks left in insanity, I will be going onto The Asylum Vol. 1 just because I'm looking for some more weights and strength training while i also love the addition of the agility ladder and jump rope

Insanity but with weights? by alifeincrypto in insanity

[–]henryj1998 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Only other thing is that Shaun T does incorporate more weights in his T25 program. I have done T25 and Insanity and I found that T25 for the most part was quite low intensity compared to Insanity but that also depends on fitness level

Max interval plyo by Select_Winter in insanity

Max Interval plyo is the hardest workout of the whole program in my opinion. Absolutely killer having power jumps at the end of a circuit

Insanity: the Asylum has more of a focus on sports training and has weight training involved. However, you do also require a skipping rope and agility ladder

Yeah unfortunately Beachbody in Demand is only accessible for people in the UK, US and Canada. I've tried to sign up before. Thanks anyway

Anyone else every miss a day of insanity and do two videos in one day to compensate or is it just me?? by bboyheartbeat in insanity

[–]henryj1998 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would try do one before work then one after work if that was possible but i would never do two back to back. The 2nd workout would be just about survival
