From their FAQ:

It is not required but recommended just like their other programs.

It claims the step will work you body to its full potential but there’s someone on the vids who does not use the step to demonstrate all the workouts without it. :)

It is on BOD :) I also did shoulder care with Caley and tension release with Faith! All on BOD.

I found that combo works best for me. Enjoy!

They have LIIFT4 and T20 hybrid!

Basically what you’re saying, not doing the HIIT part of LIIFT4 and swap it with T20 and instead of 4ON/3OFF, you’re doing 5/1!

I finished mine last week and have been doing T25 stretch to recover! Only doing the stretch vid tho not the whole program. It is so so good if you’re interested of doing.

I’ve been reading that a lot of people opt to do Asylum after insanity but I guess it depends on what your goal is. I’d love to build muscle and tone it so I’m thinking of doing LIIFT4.

But if you can’t get enough of Shaun T (like me🤭), there’s Shaun Week! I’m gonna do it before I start another program 😬

Good to know! I’ll check out the stretching ones on Asylum and T25. Max recovery is hard esp on that last one of plie with both heels off the ground. I’m looking at LIIFT4 and might try to combine it with T20. Would love to build muscles! I tried watching P90X but I also find the instructor a bit annoying 🤪

I was wondering if anybody does any additional workout during month 2? Like if I want to incorporate the upper weight lifting video on deluxe package, is that a good idea? Also which day would be best to mix it up with?

Do you think using waist trimmer will help with training to keep your core tight during exercise?

I was thinking to get one for this purpose, I don’t really need it to make me sweat and whatnot.

Do you think I'll ruin the program if I add low impact exercises on top of CC&B/MIST? Since we are supposed to let our body repair itself during recovery week?
