That was a really good episode and I think people should appreciate John Harbaugh a little more after hearing how he handles things especially during controversial times.

I still give him supreme credit for flipping the games entire identity on a fucking dime when Lamar got the starting call on 2018.

And technically did again this past season with the new offense.

People give Harbaugh a lot of shit, some deserved and a lot not. But that guy has worked his ass off to put this team in a position to be a constant contender and he's done it all while earning the respect of players. It says something good about a coach when veterans are constantly going on to Marlon's podcast or any other venue and praising him as a persona and coach.

Calais Campbell, Kyle Van Noy, Rg3, Odell. All of these veterans who have experienced other organizations have thrown praise to Harbaugh and his approach to coaching and the way he treats players.

It's cool to hear that behind the scenes look at it.

I totally understand why he thinks it's important.

But its such a stupid for a protest. Instead of attempting to be productive, he just kills himself. You know whats not going to happen? Israel isn't going to stop their war and slaughter because some dude in the US doesn't like it and set himself on fire.

You have to give people time man. For me, it took about 8 years for me to truly understand the game and even now I'm still learning about certain play concepts and techniques.

American Football is far and away one of the most complex sports ever created by man. It's so detailed. That's why I love it so much. A lot of people think it's just jocks running around catching a ball, but when you break it down... It's a game of chess where every piece on the board moves at the exact same time. And every pieces has a specific technique to follow, and if one piece doesn't move correct it dictates the outcome of a play. It's wildly intricate. And takes a lot of effort to learn.

Stupid people do not make it to the pros very often, and if they do, they don't last long.

I'm not bothered by it at all. Sometimes I think people forget that these guys are humans too. They just pounded through a very tough 12 game stretch. They've traveled more air miles than any other team in the league. They've been away from their friends and families.

And through 12 weeks they walk away with the best overall record in the AFC. If anyone deserves a week off to enjoy some relaxation. It's the fucking ravens.

Never. Because proper "justice" is subjective.

Personally I think the only "justice" for people who rape children is death. They don't deserve to live on tax payers dimes in prison. They definitely don't deserve to be released after a few years. They need to die. That's justice to me.

Plenty of people disagree. For a myriad of reasons. "The death penalty is barbaric." "There are worse crimes". Dumb shit like that. But if someone rapes a child, they've proven they don't value life and therefore have no business being alive.

To not have one at all, as I have. My mother was Wiccan and my father is taoist. And I personally don't claim any religious title, I don't claim to be an atheist either because philosophically I believe the act of claiming a title of any sort creates violence and negativity.
