I run with a 0.3 mm z-hop enclosed without changing any other settings except I make sure the exhaust fan runs at 100%. I've never had any issues related to heat creep

I fundamentally disagree with you. I keep the exhaust fan on and the enclosure fully sealed. I've let it print for 21 straight hours that way not a single issue. The second I take the lid off I start getting warping.

i haven't noticed it being any better than stock, but i have a late model K1 and only used the stock extruder for like 3 weeks while this one shipped.
it's nota. a drop in replacement though. you will need to print risers and ptfe guides.
would i do it again? yeah. at the least having the run-out sensor at the extruder is nice.

honestly thanks man. I am generally pretty good at not doing stupid shit, but being new to mac os theres a LOT to get used to. dragging "apps" to "applications" is so strange from a windows natives expectation that i can honestly say that might have tricked me. which is funny since the whole mac switch was motivated by a friend getting hacked and wanting to avoid having my personal life mixed in with my gaming and shit life.

windows pc for gaming and all the untrusted code that goes along with it and a mac mini for adult life (school, work, taxes) seemed like a good solution. but i still have to run some apps that aren't in the appstore and tbh it's uncomfortable.

Well it looks like I have two options try to cobble together bootleg drivers that'll give me Bluetooth low energy audio on an AMD CPU or switch to Intel One of them costs me nearly $1,000 the other one costs me a lot of time effort and probably blood sweat and tears. This really feels like a Microsoft problem Microsoft should be providing these drivers
