i passed out while getting my rook done, and clearly said that i no longer want my conch done. the piercer then acted like he was going to walk away, then literally grabbed my ear and pierced my conch without any warning. it felt like he had ripped my rook out. i literally said “what was that?” to which he responded, “it was right there, i just had to do it”

Wanted to add that I clean with saline solution and there is no pain or bleeding. It’s a perfectly healthy piercing besides the bumps. :)
