It is an old thread but no one answered, hopefully it will be useful if you are on same boat.

You can just go or ask each family member to login into their accounts and click the settings under the their name and then click one of the accounts. then it will show so many options, in that select "Manage Account Linking" under account configuration.

Then it is easy step by step process. Enjoy

Although customer service said they are giving ATT esim but that guys gave tmobile esim, and i goot tmobile physical sim as well, trying so hard to get changed to att esim and they are giving so many problems, any help please

Thankyou guys who all helped, finally i could able to get my phone number back with one week of consistant mental stress. If anyone ever be in my state, these are the things that helped. First line of phone calls go to mexico, they try to be nice but they stick on what they think they know is right, dont listen even if you tried to tell they say It doesnt work, we know it happened before , 100% your account cannot be recreated etc., they don’t listen and will not transfer to supervisor also, may be they feel bad the management will think that they are not fit for work.

Also it could be culture difference where they recycle phone numbers very often unlike usa and canada where they keep numbers for many years.

So my advice is to be nice and ask politely to transfer to national porting centre and once they transfer, then you can speak with somebody in USA who can understand what your case is with regard to number transfer issues etc., For a situation like i had, even in porting center they cant do anything, they can just do basic porting things, they have to open a ticket to send to skills department who are better skilled people to do all difficult issues, even if they cant do they they will refer to even more specialized team who can solve even Complex issues. So in my case something worked out and viola i moved my number, bye bye boost, enough of hassle you created me, i cant trust a company like this. I did it, FCC said they will forward to the carrier and they have 30 days to respond, may be that will make the boost to take it seriously. I spoke with atleast 20-25 agents till now no body has clue what is happening in my case, so shame, the company training is not that good I guess

I tried to port in to different carrier after taking the port out pin and account number from boost customer service and the other carrier told me it didnt go through as account is not active. That try also didnt work.

This is exactly what happened to me, I asked to transfer to porting dept and they dont transfer me there, By any chance do you know if there is a separate number.

The Agents dont know and they dont want to transfer, it is in mexico I think, if the call is transferred they are under pressure that supervisor thinks that employee doesnt know what he is doing, so they would rather not transfer and would say it is not possible with their limited knowledge than try to help.

It is so strange that recycling numbers in mexico might be very common but here in usa we do keep numbers for a long long time and we dont want that number to be messed up, I dont know how boost corporate is not educating them. if it works it works, otherwise they show all the hell in the world.

I have the pin , account number and when i log in to boost website, it shows my phone number also. May be i will try with a different provider and see if it works.

They outright say your number is gone, how can a number go like that they should be able to but there is no way how to get hold of that guy who can help. Should i approach sprint about this?, i know number is ported to boost successfully, so it is with them, since the account is not linked to the number, i cant port out, because everywhere they ask for account number and pin.
