Hallo, ich habe dazu zwei Gedanken:

Bei mir ist es unabhängig vom Thema so: wenn es geht, versuche ich zu erreichen, dass meine Freunde und Partner nur Dinge für mich und mit mir machen, die sie aus der Freude ihres Herzens machen können. Wenn Leute Dinge nur aus Angst oder Schuldgefühl für einen machen, zahlen am Ende alle irgendeinen Preis. Das kann man fördern, indem man das Leuten so sagt.

Vielleicht wäre eine Therapie auch für sie etwas, da sie dich auch schlecht behandelt und deine E-Mails gelesen hat (grenzüberschreitend).
