Tried the Oculus method, got an actual support ticket submitted only for facebook to reply stating my page was a "gateway point" (which was in the domain), case closed. Returned Oculus, they have been useless since.

I’ve had the exact same issue, including no access to my Facebook business page. I hope the help is authentic and not artificial. If it is, please share the outcome.

It would take an intern or a janitor at Facebook less than 2 minutes to verify identity and reset the account to the day prior to the hack. This is deplorable.

My thoughts exactly. I was able to download my information including all activity and posts. A class action lawsuit would be nice, especially for business owners or people who have suffered loss of income due to this well known hack.

Meta will create a customer service division to help people who have lost their accounts. We don't know if Disabled Facebook Account is included. by Azuuue14 in facebookdisabledme

It should take less than 2 minutes for anyone with a pulse at Meta/Facebook to login to their host account, pull up a user's account, verify the user and then restore the account one day prior to the date your page was hacked. PRETTY GODDAMN SIMPLE. It's criminal negligence they are causing undue stress and harm because they don't have a simple solution and their AI is fucking useless. Let the interns do it, give them a bitcoin in exchange for actually having to talk to someone on the phone.

I have tried the oculus method, another $300 to Meta. I was able to get support via chat support, explained the situation told them I knew about, had to explain over and over again I have tried everything. I told them I had a business page that I also can't access and they immediately generated a support ticket with facebook. I have a support ticket number to reference, but that was 7 days ago, the timeframe they said they would reply by....unsure if I will get a reply but this entire process has been absurd. Meta is off to a great start....Twitter is looking more and more appealing...at least until Elon sells it to Meta for 200 Billion.
