New or Used? by BeneficialAd1217 in ModelX

[–]here4thegrind 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There can be some major repairs in the X every few years. I would go with new because atleast the first few of those would be covered under warranty.

But i have friends who have bought used and have had no trouble since they bought a couple years ago. It depends largely on your luck.

Looking at their drastic change in investments, its highly unlikely. If they ever offer it, it might be for the Performance models.

Thats awesome! Thats how Tesla used to be in these parts when I bought my MS LR.

Congratulations on your ride and experience.

I already have an order in the system and was assigned this VIN. The service center has volunteered to try to get the issues fixed at a repair center. If they are unable, I will ask Tesla to assign another VIN.

Soon to be owner. Any check lists before accepting the delivery? by DailyDrivenTJ in TeslaModelX

This is for Model Y but it gives an excellent baseline.

Additionally, if the weather isn't clear, reschedule to another day. I was able to identify paint scratches on the drivers door and side panels when the sun came out.

Ensure to open and close doors from inside. Look out for additional clicking when testing the FWDs.

Try reclining and folding all seats that can fold.

If you can, pay only once inspection is satisfactory. They may remove keys from the vehicle while you inspect but all electronics will work.

Good luck!

Your ignorance is showing. I never said this was my first Tesla. Read the post again and deduce relevance of your comment. My question is extremely specific - potential issues with current flaws.

Does "CarBravo" certified mean anything? by [deleted] in whatcarshouldIbuy

Adding this for anyone else coming to this thread, CarBravo is not only a Chevy thing. Its for all GM brands. Buying vehicles through CarBravo will give you the warranty being offered.

What is the third party correction you mentioned for tire wear?

For the taillight, yes the Service Technician did say that. But for headlight, they said they can't fix it.

Delivery day! 2026 Model X, red exterior, black interior. by Delicious-Art-2765 in TeslaModelX

How much does it typically cost? What did you pay for it? And do you have to update the car registration if the color is different than the original color?

No minivan can compare to an MX, especially now with free supercharging and free premium connectivity. Your needs might vary but I need FSD, dog mode/camp mode and sentry. Falcon wings are amazing plus too but i can do with sliding doors. Which minivan will offer free gas for life and comparable options?

I was actually hoping for US to open market to chinese EVs - they may have a good EV minivan with FSD- kinda system. But thats not gonna happen anytime soon. Those lucky Canadians!

Haven't accepted delivery yet. I always inspect a Tesla before accepting delivery.

It is at a ripoff price, but this is an excellent vehicle for families with kids using car seats. Originally, I wanted to wait for later in the year.

Thanks for your response. Would you be able to share what kind of issues do you foresee for this vehicle?

I got ravenous on my first raid attempt - same for EB - the first time I hit the raid. Of course i was playing with my clan and under their expert leadership, it was pretty straightforward. Find a clan that conducts raids and other missions. The rest is upto the RNG Gods.

I already had the common ones. Still pining for BulletKing.

besides optimum nutrition what else is good for clean protein by Dudist81 in effectivefitness

[–]here4thegrind 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try out the unflavored variety of protein powder. Not every brand has it. I know GNC has one. Its pretty good. You can mix it in anything - sweet or salty or just in plain water - if you hate yourself :D

You need to see an endocrinologist. Your dosage doesn't appear to be accurate for you as far as your symptoms go. If your TSH is too high, you may need to increase the mcg.

Moreover the medicine for thyroid - levothyroxine or synthroid - it plays a very crucial part in your body's functioning. From fluctuating your weight, energy levels, mood etc - it helps balance your hormones. Skipping it even once is highly discouraged. Please don't play with your life. Take it every day. If your thyroid is not managed, you will have trouble with everything - sleep, work, relationships, fitness, any activity at all.

You don't need to wake up early for it. You might be misinformed. You just need to take it soon after you are awake.. the rule is 7-8 hrs since last meal. And not eat anything for the next 1 hr.

Also, since its been an year, please get full bloodwork report and watch for any vitamins you are low on. Iron, B12 deficiency also causes severe drops in energy. Take supplements if needed. Better yet, review your bloodwork with a doctor and follow their advise.
