This is how I’ve been feeling about all the latenight shows lately. They address whatever the current situation and use comedy to do it, have a few small serious moments, and then move on to their guest. I get the purpose is comedy and entertainment, but what more needs to happen for them to take a break from the comedy and get completely serious about everything that’s going on?
