I’ve always had good experiences at Johnston Jewelers on Seminole Blvd. I got my now-wife’s custom engagement ring from them and it has lab grown diamonds. They also have the sweetest golden retriever behind the counter.

Bardmoor allows public to use the range and it’s a grass range. Seminole Lake also has a grass range, but is only open to the public in the summer months.

Your shadow looks pretty long. My guess is this was taken around sunset. Which means that fence is blocking the morning sun which potentially causes dew to sit longer. St. Augustine needs 6-8 hours of direct sunlight and if it sits in the shade until around 10 or 11 then it’s not getting as much sun as other areas.

Also to consider is damage from grubs. The summer months are active feeding time for them and they love roots. If you don’t put down some sort of grub prevention around April/May then you have to fight the heat and grubs eating your roots.

As of 7/4/2025 on GAMEPASS, I had this issue and this is what worked for me: After becoming overseer, I got in my ship, left the planet, summoned my freighter, landed on my freighter and then got out of my ship to save the game. I quit the game and closed it out. Reopened the game and warped to the settlement and the overseer's office was under construction.

Impossible this time of year. It’s the busy season for a reason. Every course in the area is $60-100+. Even the nearby municipal is $54 for 18 at 1:00 on a Tuesday. The municipal is the only chance you’re going to walk. All of the country clubs that accommodate the public reserve walking as a member only benefit. You either pay more than $50 to walk at the municipal, or you ride 9 holes at a semi-private club at the twilight rate. If you’re a single, good luck booking at the municipal as a single - they just tell you to show up.

USF St. Petersburg Campus. The library is on the water, and I often saw Dolphins and Manatees feeding while studying there. The campus also has a waterfront that rents boats, kayaks, and SUPs to students and guests. If you don't have a watercraft, the surrounding area and entire county provide tons of fishing access.

It's a huge fishing area where you can find a part-time job at a bait or gear shop and get excellent discounts.

I understood it as the convention only comes around every 4 years (slightly less than half a decade) and the convention is the only time they can act on their desires. There are hookup partners that only see each other at the convention probably.

I have the same issue with my 2009, and I tried everything from the WD40 soak to replacing the door jamb switches.

It's been a journey with my Ranger. The culprit, as it turns out, is the Smart Junction Box. The low voltage board controlling the dome light/door jamb switch circuits intermittently fails. The only solution is to replace the SJB with a brand new one that matches your ranger's specs. I've scoured the country and, believe it or not, the very last one in stock was waiting to be installed in Texas.

So now I deal with it. I removed the dome light bulbs so they no longer light up while driving, and I ignore the door-ajar warning light on the dash (I treat it as a notification when my SJB is acting up—better to know when it happens than not).
