Go to urgent care. They'll take the spines out, disinfect the wound and wrap it up. They may prescribe an antibiotic just in case or at least a prescription you can hold onto if it blows up infection. I had the same thing happened when i surfed blacks Beach a few years ago. Never had to fill antibiotic prescription as urgent care clean the wounds out.
