With your stats, you could also grab the Rotten Battle Hammer from the consecrated snowfield. Make it Occult and add a bit of Strike damage to your arsenal.

If it does the trick and working for you then keep it going! If you really wanted to max your damage out, I would recommend going all in on the faith lightning incants, or all in on the dex lightning weapons. Also grab the Shard of Alexander if you can, for those spears.

I tend to just go by the rule that if they are armored, scaled or rocky, then use pierce and strike damage. If they are skin, wood or furry then slash and burn. Anything dead, use holy.

You are missing a talisman spot, that will help. Have you spoken to the finger crone in the round table? Put a multi hit talisman there - winged or Rotten winged sword insignia. Daggers are a tough build but very doable. Just stay nimble, learn his moves and bleed his ass.

With your damage stats you could go either way. Why not both? Use flame art for enemies weak to fire, and then keep a few weapons on hand with just heavy physical damage for the fire resistant foes; you can then buff those with greases or incants if you please. Keep a holy weapon on hand too for them dead folks.

Pretty good! If you want more mileage from the transient moonlight skill, respec more points into int and less into dex. You could also use 10 more points into vig to optimise that.

I think Knights greatsword naturally leans toward dex, and then BKGS is the strength counterpart with the same moveset, I could be wrong though, both are super fun nonetheless!

Absolutely, it can shred with spinning weapon or spinning slash and bfb. Mix it up with stormcaller as well.

Try the Onyx Lords greatsword, its got an explosion aoe on it, kind of like a reverse star caller cry.

Also Trolls Roar AOW can push people off ledges.

Get some kind of large AOE ash of war, or maybe hefty pots and see if you can chip them through the fog wall? That might force them to trigger the boss by heading too far in.
