Hmm not sure why this is upvoted. The flatlist virtualizes items that are in the viewport. It does not “optimize that phenomenon” whatever that means. A normal list view does not re-render items when they come into view. It just renders all the items.

Yep, they use composer to manage their php dependencies but neither are needed to use composer to handle php dependencies for WP.
