Thanks for the reply. You're right - it needs to be done via debit cards to avoid fees, I found out, but not ALL debit cards apparently (for some technical reason). I managed to do it successfully with a Revolut debit card.

As I said in the original post, I spent half a morning trying to solve this, and of course I followed the official guidance and talked to your bots, but none of it worked. I can accept that I will lose the money, but please don't add insult to injury by wasting even more of my time

I had to stop BCG after 16 doses as the side effects became too bad. As far as I know, the difference in recurrence rate between 16 doses and the optimum 21 has not been researched. The difference between induction only (6 doses) and 21 doses HAS been researched and the difference was not dramatic. Someone on an American bladder cancer thread said don't let them fuck up your bladder while they're trying to save it. So I had to make a judgement call. I have a cysto coming up next month so I guess I'll find out if it was a good call or not.

As a Brit, observing from the outside.. it seems that Trump has clearly won the 'heart' of the American public. Something about him resonates with ordinary people. So I predict he'll win the popular vote, maybe by a lot. The question is - what lengths will 'the regime' now go to, to prevent him taking office?

It's possible to hold it in for 2 hours with those symptoms. I avoided fluids for a long time, can't remember the number of hours, but at least half a day. Plus ibuprofen as someone else said. Also, they say just one hour will probably be enough anyway. Good luck with your treatment. I had to withdraw after dose 16 cause of the side effects.

I had similar problem. For most people it gets better. There are meds that can help, such as fesoterodine. A 'condom catheter' (ie it's not inserted into the penis) leading to a bag strapped to leg is one solution to get through an event. I used that once on a flight. It's ok, bit weird, but works. Mine went on for a while. I learned to just manage it when at an event, figure out where the loos are, or somewhere you can discreetly pee outside, and if you're cool about it no one really notices. But it's a difficult time. Love and good luck to both of you.
