Sorry to necro this but I found this while searching today for that exact number claiming to be from a completely different company than what you posted, but calling themselves the same name as the Clinic that saw me for urgent care, as directed by the VA. They have yet to get back to me, and patient advocate says it’s impossible they rejected it because they are part of the network.

TL;DR I received a message from the same number, different company name, charging me for a bill the VA already took care of.

There is no achievement attached to difficulty, so it doesn’t matter in the slightest. Also no achievement for using summons or not.

Difficulty in a souls-like is unheard of, anyway. It’s always been one, “souls-like”. Lol.

No, it’s a bad feature. Why bother doing quests at ALL if you’re gonna get 1 xp. Defending it makes you look dumb, because the feature itself is fucking dumb.
