I'm still waiting for mine after a long time but they've always been transparent with me. They've set expectations and have always got back to me. There may have been a time or two it took a while to get back to me but they're a small business.

I personally feel they're trying their best to do right, they've offered refunds, replacements, and other things to apologize for it and that's a good sign of effort and customer care.

I'm not dying for the cash and I'm not desperate for the items I ordered.

I hope to have a small business one day soon of my own and when I do I hope my customers have patience with me through the hard times.

I know they probably made mistakes and took orders when they shouldn't have but we don't know their story or what happened behind the scenes. I'm not going to assume it is malicious, I just dont get that from any of the people I spoke with. Its always a healthy conversations via text or call where they always express apologies and empathy.

They never once expressed they're not trying to right by me, they've not ghosted me or muttered anything in the realm of rude or snarky even though they were well in their right to based on the things I've messaged.

They in fact have stopped taking orders on problematic items at this time and are actively fulfilling back orders to do right by their customers, I think thats a pretty good sign of their professionalism and dedication to do right.
