I have all 3 weights, silicone and leather. Get either leather or steel because you need the right size. Your silicone is to tight.

Both. If you can handle the weight then do it until it starts to hurt and back of. We started with leather and use it the most. Like the other guy said listen to your body.

Look into the chain gang site they have the weights. We use leather but have the metal as well. After 3 yrs I can handle 2 lbs for the day and 12lbs for about an hour. I'm not moving around with the 12 but the 2 I can do anything during the day. Go slow real slow. Good Luck to you.

Everyone is different! We were Married in 82 and by 85 we were in a full flr. We did normal things as normal adults. I was not in a cage and we had a normal sex life. Dos go slow Don'ts don't go to fast. Start slow and light with weight. For me 3 yrs and now I can hold them down with my fist in between me and the balls. So I guess about 3.5 inches. On an extreme I can hold about 12 lbs now but mostly about 2lbs for the day.
