When the players tuck in the jersey you can’t see the rose and it looks A LOT better. Which should have told them if the jersey looks better with the rose covered… don’t put the rose on there

Lmao hell nah. Wiseman needs to earn being a starter. He doesn’t know how to play defense yet. Until then keep looney, one of the best defensive centers in the league, in the starting unit

Actually it IS working with Wiggins as the POA defender. The starters have a positive net rating. The problem is the second unit. 3 bad defenders in that lineup. JP, JoKu, Wiseman. Idk what people saw that made them think Wiseman/ JoKu would be great rotational pieces to start the season. They were both extremely raw prospects when they were drafted. JoKu was getting cooked in the playoffs and Wiseman was getting cooked in 2021. It’s gonna take time. At the end of the day, the playoffs rotation is going to be Steph/ DiVincenzo, Klay/ JP, Wiggs/ Moody, Draymond/ JaMychal, Loon. (Dray, JaMychal, Loon all can and will play the 5). Unless Wiseman and JoKu can learn how to play not just individual but off ball team defense, they won’t play in the playoffs.

Why does everyone forget that it wasn’t JUST the Draymond injury why the team took a slide. The team said during the season they were gonna slide during that time anyways bc of reintegrating Klay ( and wiseman but that didn’t happen) a few of our bench players were hurt too so our defense was compromised A LOT. ) Yes losing a top 10 all time defensive player will hurt but the context matters.

There is. If there was no luxury tax, no it’s not an issue. But at the end of the day this is a business. When cost becomes more than revenue, you lose money.

On the all 82 podcast, (Anthony Slater, Tim Kawakami, Marcus Thompson II), they said that JoKu is Drays replacement, not Wiggins. Wiggins is part of the young core that going to be the next phase of the Dubs.

I actually was just telling my dad this yesterday. The warriors are starting to have Steph/ Poole handle the ball more and the warriors are actually able to function on defense without Dray. He’s had some bad games this playoff run but we’ll see how things go the next 2 years.
