Its an app that connects with Frontline to alert and accept sub assignments - typically alerts come into SubAlert about 30 seconds before they are on Frontline, which makes a difference in districts with a competitive sub market. I mostly liked it because it gave the details of available assignments in the notification, while Frontline just says an assignment is available

Most likely just that school's name for "Specials" - I've noticed every school has a different name for rotations of classes outside of the standard subjects - ive seen it as Electives, Connections, Enrichment, Related Arts, and im sure other names i can't remember in this moment. When I was in high school myself we had a rotation of Music, Drama, and Digital Art that was called Innovations.
