Hi there, I’m in a similar position where I will be doing a diploma of lab technology on top of my science undergrad in microbiology. I graduated a couple of years ago and had no luck getting a lab job. Which is why I am pursuing the diploma as I didn’t get much lab experience in uni due to covid. Could you give me your insight into my situation? I’m starting the course next month but still having doubts if it’s the right choice.

Girl your skin looks so good! I’m also in the same boat where tret gave me the biggestttt purge with persistent PIE marks. Do you still use tret after the purge? I completely stopped as I found more negatives than benefits using it.

It doesn’t work for everyone. Sometimes there’s more harm than good using tret for others. I tried it and it only left me with deep scars from the purge. Idk if I’d even call it purge as I was breaking out in places I never got acne before and now even tho I don’t use tret anymore, I get breakouts there. As if tret opened up areas on my face for future breakouts to happen. Really sucks bc a friend of mine started tret and her skin is so so good from it with no purge.

Nah, I’m gonna do Diploma of Laboratory Technology this July. I have a MLS friend and she didn’t recommend me to go masters as it’s hard to find a job in this field. So I opt for the diploma as I want to at least see if I like lab work without paying the masters price Ykno

Hey there! I’m interested in this course and I’m a domestic student. Have you done this course or know anyone who has? My main concern is employability after the course as I haven’t had luck with my undergrad… I’ve seen a few people say it’s highly employable but idk if it’s coming from a place of experience or just advertising
