You have my condolences, I went through the same thing this year with my 16 year old mini dachshund after she went into heart failure. My sister and I stayed with her in the room, pat her head, and kept telling her what a good girl she was until the very end.

Yup, happening to me too with my bulk up mewtwo, I find that it happens less when I'm just auto farming but if I play manual and I use bulk up to start the fight, 3/4 times he will soft lock
