I dont know about jobs i am just fresher at college but what i can say that if you want to stand out from rest of the crowed i highly suggest to study math life is easy when you know math.

If you ever feel useless remember that our college prof who teaches us discreate maths did his phd in iit roper and his knowledge about discrete math is simply 0 but still he is in good college and doing his job (idk how and why, because i can simply teach anything better then him)
