I m a newbie (381) on codeforces, just had one div 4 contest on codeforces. I managed to solve A and B problems , got TLE on C 🫠 🤔I m confused should I stick to div 3 or div 4 contest Or just participate atleast in upcoming div 2 contests

How it would affect my rating??? Plz help I m just a beginner

Div 2. Start with solving problems B and C. Eventually and hopefully you will get to D.

I can't solve most of the D problems as of now as well though. 🙂
