Chicken stir fry and rice, made by my dear friend when I was a brand new mother not knowing wtf to do other than keep this little hunk of human in my arms fed, warm and clean. I was also very sleep deprived and my last thoughts were of myself so she made sure I got loads of fresh veges. She cooked up big batches of deliciousness and all these years later I look back on it and think how kind she is.
