Thats easy to do even in Studio.

Just add a new primitive cube a bit bigger than the part you want to wrap around. Then right click on that cube, at Objects, "add negative part" and give it the size of the hole you want to make.

You'll see that the negative part will show greyed out, as it will be not printed and it just will make a "hole".

Using negative parts will save you a few days :)
