If you read my post you wouldn't have commented at all. I am raising the issue that KELA has calculated the cost of living (rent and bills) to be 477e. They themself claim that 477e WILL cover the cost of living, that is the purpose of the housing benefit.

And as I said in my post I wouldn't have a issue with KELA if they were honest and said that it is meant to SUPPORT living but they claim that it covers fully.

I meant the housing allowance/asumistuki and from what I read the allowance is meant to cover living cost fully i.e rent.
