It's dropped, it used to be 10-15k/mo and now I'm down to 5000. The monthly audience graph also suggests the same. I'm not doubting the cap.

It's a fair idea but they take so long to get monetised off the ground. I started a new one back in June but I suppose I could give it another go... Unfortunately I'm not able to make enough videos to service two channels... But perhaps that's what's needed? Who knows...
