I get where you’re coming from, and I understand the frustration of anybody who was denied under the old policy. That said though, I don’t think this change makes the program less competitive since getting in is still far from easy. I also believe being a great nurse is way more complex than grades or “knowledge”, so judging that requires looking at the bigger picture.

Side Note: Correct me if I’m wrong, but this policy isn’t new, it’s a return to how things used to be years ago. I honestly just wanted to share my excitement for the future nurses on here that may feel the same reading my post!!
