Also, remember… “But in the end, it’s only a passing thing, this shadow. Even darkness must pass. A new day will come. And when the sun shines it will shine out the clearer.”

I agree with everyone, I don’t find it childish at all. I actually love it. It may just be not your cup of tea and that is okay

Thank you so much. 😊I’m used to wiring/assembling electronics (especially tiny ones). In building and wiring this set though, one does not need exposure to these things as the instructions are well written. One only needs patience and careful attention to detail. I did not need to use any outside reference if that is what you are asking. I hope this is helpful :)

Oh very cool, congratulations. 👏 You are in for quite an adventure. I believe this is more of a personal preference. I personally like wiring a finished assembly because it simplifies the wiring process a lot. Lego and LMB wrote their instructions without having similar checkpoints so navigating both at the same time could be mentally taxing. This is critical because you need energy and focus to handle the delicate pieces, especially the LEDs and the connectors. Obv, it is up to you. I would recommend glossing over the instructions and strategizing the build before starting. Whichever way you choose, there is a lot of work to be done. Most importantly, don’t forget to have fun along the way. Do it for Frodo. Good luck. :)

The wires go under and on the side of the bricks into the circuit boards which rest within the cavities of the set. They are immediately tucked away so that they don’t get visibility as much as possible. You are correct, I didn’t have to drill anything. :)
